South Indian Paneer Karahi

Soft cubes of marinated paneer with a sauce simmered in a rich, slow-cooked tomato and onion sauce, infused with aromatic Bassar spices, curry leaves, mustard seeds and warming whole spices. Finished with crispy roasted garlic flakes and served alongside fragrant coconut basmati rice and a cooling coriander and green chilli yoghurt.
